I'm a little ashamed.

I put a bad beat on someone tonight...and I don't feel great about it.

I had trippled my buy in pretty early, then i got bigstackitis and donked off about a quarter of it. Then I got tired and found my self in three big hands that I lost getting whittled down to just a bit above my buy-in.

I know you've felt this before, where you just decide f*ck it and play something stupid.

The game was O8B, I was on the button I had long before announced it would be my last hand. The action limps around and the BB raises and gets five callers including my AsJcJh5h. The flop is KsJsTh. BB bets 2/3rd of the pot and there are three calls to me. I'm sure I'm behind here, but I can put the squeeze on BB and maybe get heads up with the guy holding Broadway, so I push...it's just a little over the pot.

SB folds, BB tanks...but folds, another fold and the next guy insta-calls. Ok, now I know who has Broadway. Turn is a T and I tell the guy "sorry man, I hit the full". I left with 2.5 X my buy in. *shrug*
