Re: Vegas
Pretty profitable trip to Vegas. I found a new vice ,however..1 cent 100 handed video poker! Its $5 a pop to play all 100 hands at max, but suprisingly you can play for a really long time on $40-$60 bucks. We found if you play the machines by the back bar at the IP, the waitstaff is all yours for drinking madness.
From a poker stand point..wife got busted from the freeroll quick, so we decided to go to the Bellagio to check out the WPT event. They were taping the final table, but there are all sorts of restrictions on how long you must stay, so we left..watching poker is fucking boring anyway. Chino Rheem won. Played a bunch more video poker.
Played in Harrahs $60 + $40 add on. with $10 bounties for everyone you knock out. 97 runners. I came in 7. Wife came in second . Not a bad little cash. Went over to the Venitian..saw some guy who looked like Funkmaster Flex playing in the high limit room with diamond encrusted headphones on..pimp. I determined that Noodle Asia in the Venitian is my fav. They have Crab Wantons with real crab which are awesome.
Last day, went over to TI to watch the Broncos lose. Played 5c video poker 10 handed ($3 a roll.) Hit quad Q with a 4 muliplier... This is the awesome part..our waitress tells us..'cash out and put a $20 in' You will get a royal..we did .... Pretty good trip..
on a side note, looks like the economy is really hitting Vegas. You could find $5 blackjack at all the big casinos on the strip on Saturday night, and a bartender said you could get $50 rooms at the Bellagio.

The crazy one was budaci? which was explained to me as a split pot game of budagi and 2-7 triple draw.
