Yes, you should definitely be raising the turn here.
Checking the flop is okay here, if you're trying to trap, but flat calling the turn here is bad. You have no idea what kind of hand villian has, and he could be on a stone cold bluff at that point. And not raising the turn completely cuts the legs out from the strategy of checking the flop to set a trap.
At these levels, who knows, maybe villian calls any raise on the turn with TP2K, but I'm happy having him call a pot-sized raise here on a five outer eight days a week.
