Loomis Invitational VI
Saturday, September 20. Golfing, grilling, gambling (there may be a drink or two consumed as well).
High Noon - first group tees off at Foothills Golf Course Championship 18. We're shooting for 20 (ish) golfers. We're limited to 28 so let me know as early as possible if you want to play. We'll be playing a 2-man scramble again for prizes in the pro shop. There will also be "prizes" for Longest Drive, Closest to the pin, Longest Putt, etc.
Cost for golf is $70, includes golf, cart, prize pool and a $5 restaurant credit (so....a beer).
Immediatly following golf we'll head to my house to BBQ, hand out golf prizes and have a NLHE tournament. It's a $20 buy-in with an optional rebuy. If you use your rebuy before the cards fly you get 500 bonus chips. All buy-ins will be paid out in cash to the winners, no rake, etc.
PM or e-mail me if you're interested or would like more info. Ian won both the poker and golf last year so it obviously doesn't take much talent to win this thing.....

In. I have to defend my title right?
Just don't leave me drunk and lost holding $20 in loose change somewhere in western Kansas again

Definately in for the poker. Need to verify with the better half on the golf. She'll be in the middle of a clinical rotation that takes her up to Ft. Collins for 4 weeks and I don't know if she'll be willing to watch the kiddo's solo after that.

Comedians. All of you.
Ian is also half-right. Like playing straight through a freakin' forest.

Could you change that to "Ian is half-wrong"? It's pretty much the same thing, it just sounds better.

Cool.
Those of you that want to play shoot me your mailing address or e-mail address. I'm making up invites/registration forms; I hope to get them out early next week.

Bump!
I've e-mailed invitations to everyone that showed interest and who's e-mail addresses I have. Let me know if you'd like in (for either poker or golf) and PM me your e-mail address if you haven't received an invite.

Also, Danny - this is the third time we've had this since we met and you have yet to make it. I'm going with the assumption that somewhere along the way I've deeply offended you and you hate me.
I'm sad.

lol. seriously, I played 18 when I was ~15 and that is it. The driving range about 5 times in my life (most likely less). What day is the poker? I ~might ~try to ~make it.
Re: Loomis Invitational VI
20th - I figure poker to start around 6:30ish depending on what time the last foursome gets done at the golf course.
