That's an easy fold preflop out of position, imho. You have no low draw to speak of, and any board that gives you a straight is likely to give someone else a higher straight. You can probably marginally justify calling this preflow in straight omaha, but not in O8, as you're only ever playing for a chance at 1/2 the pot here, with no legitimate shot at a scoop.
