I tried it earlier today from work.. no dice... ah well.. It was good while it lasted...

On a similar note...the guy who bought out our company last month sent out an email today to tell the individual business units to stop blocking sites like youtube, facebook, myspace, etc...never happened here but good to know I won't be blocked from all of my poker sites any time soon.

The only sites I know I'm blocked from at work are youtube and myspace. So I'm not really missing much there. I am however monitored as to the total web usage (by MB transferred). So I typically don't browse much, but when I do I will stop by here.

Sorry about your situation. Unfortunately, I'm not an IT guru and can't help.

I was in meetings all day yesterday and hardly had a chance to see what's going on. Sometimes it's good to be the IT guy (never get blocked)... and sometimes not (spent entire morning fixing network port problem).
