HPT - When is everyone going up?

I am planning on Monday the 31st but (if they are running satelites) I may go up Easter Sunday as well. I would like to play both days if possible. Also due to the timing I may be able to go on maternity leave just in time to really hit the sattelites When is everyone else planning on going up?

I'm starting to question whether I'm going to make it up. I can't do it on a weekend -- my plan was to take a day off work, but I'm getting my ass kicked on document productions in several cases. I don't think I'll be able to plan it out in advance, just see where I'm at and see if I can get away with it.

That said, the most likely is not until the last chance-type qualifiers on the 11th and 12th (I think they have them those days).

If I can find a weekday that I can sneak away I might go, but I'm probably not going to make it. Hopefully I'll have more available time when it comes through town in the fall.

My plans are all jacked. I get out of the business trip and feel home free. A recent financial burden has put me pretty much out of the tournament. I'll be able to play a few satellites at the beginning of next month, but the original plan of playing a ton of these is a no go.

Who knows, if I didn't loose that $20 at Danny's home game I may of had a chance.

Didn't HPT come through August - Octoberish last year? When I first saw threads firing up about this a couple of months ago, it was mentioned that it would be a twice a year thing.

I'm tentatively planning on going up on Saturday the 29th to try my hand at the single table $80 sng's where top 2 move up to the qualifier. We'll see though.

Danny, Easter is this Sunday and I don't think they're running anything until the 28th.

Single table sit-n-go's start on the 28th and the first qualifier is on Saturday, March 29th. Nothing until then.

Thanks for posting that up Son... It looks like the HPT is not going to work with my spring break after all Oh well. Looks like I am going to be making trips after work if that is what it is going to take to qualify. I would LOVE to cash again.

Also, I just found out that my chances of going to the WSOP this year just soared to like 95%. If I miss the HPT I don't think I am going to lose any sleep now

Thanks for the schedule -- yeah, if I'm able to make it up at all, it's only going to be on the 10th or 11th. I don't see how I'm going to be able to take a workday off before then, or go up on any weekend prior to my wife going out of town on the 10th.

If any of youse ends up getting multiple qualifier seats and wants to sell one for the 10th or 11th (assuming that's allowed this year), drop me a line and make me an offer.

In the meantime, I'll just keep bubbling final tables online, when AA < J5o and KK < 97o

He wouldn't be throwing air. It would be a collection of dead moths. And the answer to the second question, you can certainly raise with air (but only in position).

Also, me trying to pick up a slot machine is an orthopedic surgeon's wet dream. Pretty sure I'd blow both knees and slip a few discs. Forget it, I'll just say "hi". How boring.
