I feel like I played the turn a little weak and felt sick when the spade came on the river. When he bets it when the spade hits I am really thinking he has a flush.

There's 8.25 in the pot on the flop. With fd, I would make it 6 or 7. With two callers preflop I think you can expect one of them to have AT+. 3.50 looks like a weak c-bet from a baby ace, or smaller.

Again, on the turn, 18.75 in pot. Two players showing willingness to come along. If there is a smaller set or top/top (or top/face card), they might come along even if you bet enough to push out a fd. I'm thinking psb. Maybe even overbetting the pot to low 20's.

River is def scare card. On this flop, I want to get it all in by the river.

Agreed. I would have bet $5 or $5.50 on that flop most of the time. As played, the turn bet was the only real weak spot, imho, because you're almost asking for a FD to stay with you. With three in the hand one that turn, one will usually be on either the FD or SD at that point, and your turn bet didn't punish them enough for staying with you.

I thought the flop bet was pretty weak. Generally with any kind of coordinated board, I would make a stronger flop bet. I think $6.50 or $7 would be good. The turn is a good card in that it breaks up the flush draw and brings in a new card to pair someone, while unfortunately giving a broadway draw. I would punish the draws with a bigger turn bet, probably 2/3 to 3/4 pot. Now let's hope for a pair-the-board river, if anyone is still with you that is. Falls guy is probably all-in or folded by now, so there's no real decision left.

I bet bigger on the flop and would surely make a bigger bet on the turn. Sounds like we all agree on that. Anyway, well played sir and nice pot!
