Zen and the Art of Poker Empty Zen and the Art of Poker

I just finished it. Has anyone else here read it? I liked it. It was different, not a strategy book but more on how to handle yourself as a poker player at and away from the table. He (Larry Phillips) discusses how to deal with tilt, why you shouldn't complain at the table, and generally how you should be reacting to different outcomes in poker. He covers how to handle losing, how to handle winning, and everything in between from an inner perspective. The book is a look at many good qualitys players have and how you can apply those quality's to your game and lifestyle. This is definetly a different type of poker book and I recomend it to anyone who goes on tilt, berates players at the table, or is experiencing a long drought at the tables, just don't buy it expecting a strategy book.

So has anyone else read it? I thought it was a good break from the normal boring poker book.

I've not read it, but it sounds like one I should give a look at, once I finish a couple of non-poker books I'm reading.
