Some people will do the all in ole' every time they get any piece of the flop. Given your read, I don't think you could do anything else but play it as you did.

yeah, it was really frustrating though. I was running pretty good, but the players I encountered were really weak. It was pretty close to wire to wire. I remember I won a decent pot on the bubble that gave me a little more than double the next biggest stack. Naturally I decided it was time to raise every single hand except for the next biggest stacks BB. After a my 4th hand in a row I had a player re-pop me all-in......too bad for him I actually had AdKd and had his A7o crushed. Just one of those tournaments where whenever I got any resistance I usually had the goods......I think by the bubble I had won over 90% of my hands that made it to showdown, and won around 90% of all hands I voluntarily put money into(about 25% total). Finally get heads up and get my money in good to lose.....oh well.

Was this 6-max? If not, I suspect 25% VPIP is possibly a bit high. At least I know in the NLHE events I run deepest in, my VPIP tends be more like 18-20%, but that my aggression factor is high (if I VPIP, I'm almost never flat calling)

Interested in others' thoughts on that.
