Given the shover's spot, stacks and M, the fold is fine, even if you have to hate yourself for doing it.

The truth is that it was an easy fold, I am just trying to analyze my play as I am nearing the final table now and these tourneys get pretty tedious toward the FT.

That's an easy fold. I really hate getting everything in preflop that late in the tourney.
